Gifts from a Jar: Week Two

I am sorry this is soooo late. With the move things have been put on the back burner. Hopefully my life will calm down now and I can keep up with my promises :)


Spiced Raspberry Tea Mix:
1 cp granulated sugar
3/4 cup instant unsweetened tea
4 packets (0.23 ounce each) Raspberry-flavored unsweetened drink mix
2 tablespoons lemonade drink mix
1 teaspoon ground cardmom
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

1. Combine sugar, tea, raspberry mix, lemonaide mix, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and allspice in a medium mixing bowl; stir well. Pour into a 1-pint wide-mouth jar with tight-fitting lid a portion at a time, packing down lightly between layers. Seal Jar.

Instructions on how to make:
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons spiced raspberry tea mix
6 oz of boiling water
Fresh Raspberries (optional)
Fresh Orange slices (optional)
Spring of Fresh Mint (optional)
Spoon tea mix into cup or mug. Add water; stir until mix is dissolved. Serve hot or over ice. Garnish with raspberries, orange slices and a sprig of mint, if desired.
