It is so important to teach our kids at an early age to be healthy! America has a nationwide epidemic for childhood obesity and one of the biggest problems is that we are teaching our children to have bad eating and drinking habits!
We should start early, but as we all know it can be tricky to teach toddlers and preschoolers to eat healthily. Now we can!
