Moms and Dads, have you ever heard of Gummy Lump ? Well if you haven’t you are completely missing out! This great little site offers so many AWESOME toys for your little ones! You all know by now that my favorite items for my little man to play with are toys that allow him to use his imagination. Gummy Lump offers so many of these kinds of things! It was almost overwhelming looking through all the things that I just knew my little man would love! I was lucky enough to receive the Chop Chop Chicken from Voila. It is wonderful! It’s very simple and comes with a wooden knife so my little man pretended he was carving and serving chicken to my whole family! One small problem though, it looked so realistic that my chihuahua decided to take a nice little bite out of the chicken leg! This toy has brought about hours of entertainment for my son…..and aheeemmmm dog!

We also got the Voila Yummy Pizza. Right now my son loves this just to pretend that he is eating and serving pizza which sadly enough is one of the words my little man already knows how to say. (What does that say about his Moms cooking ability!) In the future this will great for my little man because this is also multi-functional and will teach him basic fractions. Now, if I can only keep my chihuahua’s paws off of it until then!

Also, Gummy Lump is an awesome site because they list your child’s developmental milestones. This is very helpful, and I had to look at it and compare my lil man! I am happy to say he has already almost hit all of the milestones for the 18-24 month stage and he is 19 months. They also tell you important facts about toy safety and why play is important to children. In the words of one of my nursing instructors, “Play is a child’s work, its how they become who they are.” So, head on over to this site for all the wonderful things that they offer!!
