“Family Floor Time” is a favorite time in our house. We love to lay on the floor with little man and wrestle and snuggle with him. The only problem is that *sigh* as much as I hate to admit this, Mommy and Daddy are starting to feel older and being in the floor can take a toll on our bodies! That’s why when I heard of a tuffet, I knew it was perfect for our family!
Made By A Mom has amazing quality tuffets and we were lucky enough to receive a small tuffet in black. It is VERY nice, little man looooves watching TV from his new favorite perch in the living room! I am also already seeing a future use for it, It will be a LOVELY place to change diapers for a newborn. It is large enough to cradle the whole body, has pockets that would be great little diaper holders and you don’t have to worry about your baby rolling off of it when you turn your head for a moment like you have to with a changing table.
The larger tuffet from Made By A Mom is wonderful for anyone in the family to lounge and watch TV or play video games. It is a very soft cushiony spot on which anyone would love to perch and the quality is UNBELIEVABLE. I truly believe little man will be using his amazing tuffet for years to come. The storage is also great for it bc it easily slides beneath beds.
I was also reading a while back that at my little mans age (23 months) that he would begin to start hopping and jumping and to help him master this ability I needed to place pillows on the floor and allow him to hop to his hearts contest….and guess what? The Tuffet is the most perfect place for this!! I feel much safer with him hopping around it then at stack of flimsy pillows!
