My little man is just getting to the age that he loves to watch cartoons. It is hilarious to me to listen to him watch the cartoons and belly laugh at something that happens on the television! He also learns so much from watching television…I cannot believe how many characters he knows just from watching one episode of something. So, at this age, I find it very important to watch his shows with him to quiz him about what is going on. When we were contacted to receive the The Zula Patrol DVDs I was a little stumped. I had never seen the show on television before and did not know what to expect. I did NOT expect to be laughing out loud WITH little man! This show is so cute and quirky that you just have to laugh. The Zula Patrol airs Saturday morning on NBC, and I highly recommend sitting down with you little love and watching the The Zula Patrol taking a roller coaster ride around the universe! The program helps little ones learn about astronomy and science. Sure, at 2, little man is a bit too young to really absorb science but I know he is a little sponge and sometimes he spouts off something I taught him 6 months ago and never went over again! So, I figure he might be retaining a little of the science knowledge he is picking up on the The Zula Patrol.
Also, The Zula Patrol has a website for school aged children, ZulaWorld.com! This website has wonderful activities that your child is sure to love!! It is also instrumental in teaching your child valuable science and astronomy lesions and the best part; your child will not even know they are learning!! Allow your child to play something that will truly expand their mind rather than spending mind numbing hours playing pointless games online that do nothing to stimulate their growing mind!

I am so excited about this giveaway because my little man is a little sponge just like your guy! For example, he was watching Brainy Baby Music (I highly recommend this great DVD!) and after he saw the section on rhythm, where this girl listened to her friend's heart with a stethoscope, he went to his toy box and got his stethoscope and put it around his neck. He has been playing with it every day since! He pretends to listen to his heart and ours! It is just too cool! I can just imagine him being thrilled with the science in the "Explore Astronomy and Science with Zula Patrol." Since daddy is a physicist I think that it would also be a great bonding thing for us all too! At any rate, if I don't win, I'm still excited to know about it so I can ask our library to order it. Mate! I know what you mean! That happened to me when I found when me and my younger brother found the show by chance once, this is such a wonderful show!! It's so funny and witty that you just...laugh!XD
We saw a few episodes about comets and clouds in 2007, and my brother learned a lot, just like your child! I was so amused cos he was talking for days about what he learned with our parents and his friends and my other brother and everyone, and they were so amazed! XD "Where he learned so much about space?!" they said
It's a shame that the show is no longer here in mexico, where I live, it was really awesome.
