I have a confession to make. A long time ago I had no interest in cooking whatsoever! To tell you the truth, it is still not something I enjoy. However, with having a family and with today’s tough economy it has become necessary for me to cook. I am becoming marginally better at it, and have even managed to cook a few things that taste good!

One meal I love to make is meatloaf, and I use bread crumbs in my meatloaf. Recently I was lucky enough to receive Progresso Panko and I used that in my meatloaf! Let me tell you, it was SUPER yummy!!

I also got other items from Progresso including a measuring cup, a baking pan and broth! I used the broth while making chicken and rice, and it added an absolutely delicious flavor to meal!

I am now a huge fan of Progresso and will not purchase any other broth or panko!

Visit Progresso’s sites for some awesome coupons and recipes!

Win It: One lucky winner will receive Progresso panko and broth prize pack which includes a sample of Progresso panko, a carton of Progresso broth, a measuring cup, slotted spoon, soup ladle and a sheet pan for baking. Just tell me what your favorite food to make using either Progresso Broth or Panko!

I use progresso broth for Tortilla soup. With chicken, cilantro, a bit of garlic and some sliced jalapenos, it makes the perfect 'get well dish' when poured over crushed baked tortilla strips.

I like to use panko to make chicken schnitzel. I cover thin chicken breasts with flavored panko crumbs and spray with cooking oil spray and bake for approx 15 minutes. My kids love it.

I use Progresso broth in SO many things... I use it in marinades, I use it to cook chicken with pasta or rice, I make stews and soups, I make gravy with it. I buy the huge boxes of both the beef and chicken to keep in the house all the time. I use beef flavor in my tomato sauce and beef flavor in my stews.
You just cannot be a cook without it. Thanks for the chance to win this amazing giveaway, I have also always wanted to try the panko for chicken cutlets.
