Sid the science kid is one of my favorite shows for my little man to watch on television. Not only is he educational, but it is just a fun show to watch. Now, we have a new way of enjoying the lovable Sid! There is a new book just released called SID THE SCIENCE KID™: EVERYBODY MOVE YOUR FEET. This fantastic book promotes health and wellness with children. With childhood obesity on the rise, this is an extremely important lesson to learn! It is also important to teach this lesson early before kids become interested in video games and other sedentary activities. This Sid book is geared towards children 3-6 years old, which is a great age to start with the lesson! My little man absolutely loves this book, with its colorful pictures and fun story line!

We set up Olympics in the backyard, per se...croquet, racquet ball, volleyball, etc. The kids LOVE it, and so do we, and it keeps us all active and outside having fun together.
