Review of Fairhaven Health Fenugreek and Nipple Nuture Balm- Win Both!

Fairhaven Health has helped me through my pregnancy a lot with their Pregease tabs. These tasted much better than other heartburn medications and I lived off of them in my last trimester.  A while back I received fenugreek from Fairhaven Health. I have often heard that fenugreek helps stimulate breast milk, and since I had so many issues with my first son I wanted to prepare myself for anything. I started to take this as soon as our newest addition arrived, and I can tell a difference in my milk production. This is a very concentrated bottle of fenugreek and with only taking 2 tablets a day; you are getting a dose of 2000mg a day. That is a wonderful thing that you do not have to take a ton of pills throughout the day. Now, I cannot swear to you that the fenugreek is what has done it for me, but I can tell you I am happily a breastfeeding Mom now. I have had NO ISSUES producing milk for our littlest addition, and that makes me sooooo thrilled!

As much as my breastfeeding friends and I love fenugreek there are a few things you need to know:

• Fenugreek can cause sweat and breast milk to smell like maple syrup.
• Fenugreek is not recommended for pregnant women.
• Fenugreek should be used with caution by women with allergies to peanuts.
• Fenugreek can reduce blood glucose levels. Women with diabetes should consult a physician before taking fenugreek.
• Fenugreek can, in some cases, aggravate asthma symptoms. Women with asthma should consult a physician before using fenugreek.

I also received the nipple nurture balm, and if you have breast fed you know how very important this in in the first few weeks when baby is trying to figure out his latch. This nipple balm from Fairhaven Health is wonderful and 100% natural. In my opinion it works so much better than the little tube they give you in the hospital!! It definitely helped me with the soreness and chapping!

I highly recommend Fairhaven Health for your healthcare needs! They have products to help with fertility, pregnancy, nursing, and even products to help MEN become more fertile! Definitely worth checking out!!
