I have reviewed Jadience in the past and loved the eye serum they sent. Recently they got in touch with me again and asked me to try out another product. I chose the Hydrating Mist because I knew it would be wonderful in Florida. I love this mist, and it really is the best mist I have used before (and I own several!) It is exceptionally nice in the fridge so it is cool, and then applying it to your face after being out in the hot sun. Florida Allergies put a Damper on our Claritin/Madagascar party!

Allergies in Florida are in full bloom right now, and the fires around the state are not helping matters at all. I am really hoping for a lot of rain from this tropical depression Beryl off the coast of Florida to get rid of the smoke. Right now everything is so dark and dreary with smoke, and my nose is burning. It is definitely a time that we are using a lot of Claritin. Today was supposed to be our Madagascar viewing party that is sponsored as part of being on the Claritin Moms Crew, however, our fellow party goers ended up having to opt out because they are sick....WITH ALLERGIES. Sort of ironic isn't it?

Even though our party was cancelled and we do not have time to schedule another one, my little man decided to have a party on our own. We had brownies, cheese bites, mini hamburgers and popcorn. We sat around and snuggled and watched Madagascar 1 and 2, and he even set his stuffed animals up to watch with us. What fun! Thank you so much Claritin for providing us with the kit! We had a blast.

Claritin has been a staple of ours for years. Little man has asthma that is intensified by his allergies- or as they labelled him "viral induced asthma" so we do everything in our power to keep him from getting sick- because once he is sick- he is out for the count. We love Claritin and he particularly loves the grape flavored tabs, because they are "yummy!"

I am so grateful for being a Mom to my little man, and I am grateful to be expecting my next little love. Life has blessed me in many ways, and I try to stay positive. There is this super cool store that really helps with that. PeaceLoveMom has lovely shirts that say things like Grateful Mom, Lucky Mom, Live Happy, Happy Mom and more! They really have some super cute shirts that I love!

I was lucky enough to receive the Grateful Mom maternity shirt, which definitely reflects how I am feeling. This is a very long maternity shirts, so it is one that will last even in your final days, when even your other maternity stuff refuses to fit. I think it would also look great with a pair of tights. I received the XL which is a size 12 according to the site. I am normally a size large or a 14 in pants, and this shirt fits my just fine, so I definitely recommend ordering a size up from what you normally wear. The quality of the shirt is very nice. It is made of a very soft feeling cotton shirt. It has been washed and has a scooped neck and cap sleeve.

Here I am wearing my tee. As you can see, I am just barely showing now and the shirt is still very long on me, however I know in a few months it will be perfect and my go-to shirt!!

Manuka Honey Dead Sea Mask

I love to treat my face to a little TLC every now and then. With 2 rowdy little boys that doesn't happen often. But when I do get the extra few minutes to spend on my face I love to use Honey Mark's Mud Mask. This mask is great for my sensitive skin. And what fun is a mud mask review without an embarrassing picture?

This mask is made from dead sea mud with Manuka Honey. It leaves my skin feeling amazing. It instantly feels softer and just cleaner and firmer to me. Dead Sea mud is some amazing stuff. It's one of the most beneficial muds in the world. When you put dead sea mud on your skin and let it dry it pulls out toxins from your skin. It also leaves your skin feeling firmer and tighter. Also I am nearing the age that small lines are starting pop up especially around my eyes. I blame this on my dear sweet little boys. I have been one sleep deprived mama for the past 4 1/2 years. But Dead Sea Mud is a great anti aging mask. This mask is also great to remove redness and soreness from your skin. I am naturally a blotchy person. I get red patches on my face and neck a lot. So I am loving this mask for that reason.

This mask has a little something extra in it that I've never tried before. It has Manuka Honey in it. And I can tell a difference from the other masks I've tried in the past.

Manuka Honey is a premium, mono-floral honey which is produced by bees that gather nectar from the flowers that grow on the Manuka bush (also known as Leptospermum scoparium) which is indigenous to New Zealand. Manuka honey contains more vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants than other types of honey.

Now I have some pretty sensitive skin. It seems to be getting better as I get older. But I still can't use harsh creams or anything made for acne. I am always a little leery of masks and all the first time. I have put some stuff on my face that has set me on fire before. But this mask felt so good going on. It is kind of cold and just feels amazing. This mask has a little bit of lavender to knock the edge of smell off. I mean it IS mud...so it ain't going to smell like roses. The smell didn't bother me one bit.

Pixie Girl Treats

It is no secret that our dog Bonnie is a menace to society! She is 2 1/2 yrs. old now and about 130 lbs. (English Mastiff) She is pretty much just a lazy couch potato... but when I say she is a menace, I totally mean it! She is so loving and loves her kids like nothing else. She usually minds pretty good... until you go for a walk with her. More like... she takes YOU for a walk. I can't tell you how many collars we have gone through from her pulling so hard on them! That's why Pixie Girl Treats caught my eye. I was browsing on Facebook one day and came across her page. Not only did her collars look seriously adorable, but they seemed to be made pretty stout! I had to order an X-Large for my beast, but there is plenty of room!! These collars are sized perfectly. Plenty of room to adjust as needed. I was instantly impressed with the quality. This is one seriously strong collar! Very well made! We put it to the Bonnie test and there was absolutely NO slipping and no stretching. It's amazing!

Bonnie is a happy girl!!

I am always trying to find ways to eat and drink healthier. I am a soda junkie. But I know they are packed with calories and sugar and all kinds of stuff thats not good for me. So I'm always looking for stuff to replace them with. With the help of Pure Inventions this has been easy!

I also got to try out the Green Tea Supplement in the Peach flavor. I like it in cold water. Its really good. I tried this in some cold sparkling water and it was so yummy!

We found out recently that we are expecting another baby! Though I am not technically showing yet, I am starting to notice a difference on how clothes are fitting me now. Farm Rich offers super easy food that tastes amazing! Giveaway!

Have you ever tried a Farm Rich product? I was recently contacted to do a review of their products and sent a couple of coupons to use. I was amazed at the selection of fabulous products, though I did not see the breaded mushroom, which I am bummed about now because I would have totally gotten those! I did, however, get the mini bacon cheeseburgers which are quite tasty! I have to tell you, I am not a huge fan of ketchup on my burgers and these are lined with a thin layer of ketchup, which kept me from BEING OVER THE MOON about them, but they were still very yummy. My son, on the other hand loves these and devours the whole thing in two bites! He thinks they are the yummiest lunch ever, and loves that we have discovered them!

The item that I found that I love (even better than my son does) is the Queso Cheese Bites! These cheese filled bites are AMAZING, and have a little spicy kick to them that makes them even better, in my opinion. They are toasty on the outside but tender on the inside, and are also a great source of calcium. All around you cannot go wrong, because they taste heavenly!

Ladida offers boutique kids clothing!

I adore dressing my in stylish clothes, and believe that he is a little reflection of me, so I want him to look his best at all time. I love to dress him in an edgy look, but a look that is still appropriate for a four year old little boy. I recently discovered a very cool little store called Ladida. They have the cutest boutique kids clothing around, and I know little man would look absolutely precious in some of their items. The fabulous thing about Boutique clothing is that you never have to worry about seeing every little kid you know wearing exactly the same outfit as your child. Boutique clothing is more unique and harder to find. I know when my little guy was small, I had a friend and every single picture she sent of her son was the same outfit my little man owned.

Designer childrens clothing is something that I love, there is nothing more precious than a dressed up little girl or little boy! I quite honestly cannot wait to find out what our baby will be so I can start shopping for Neige brand clothing, or even the ever fabulous Anthem of the Ants! How exciting it will be to dress up a brand new baby in fashionable clothing! I still love to dress my little man up, even though he is now four, but he is not as into it. Once upon a time, he loved to be dressed nice and would even complain if I ran to the store with him in “play clothes!” Now it seems he would rather just be a boy playing in dirt- and clothes are the last thing on his mind.

Calgon- Take Me Away!

Calgon- Take me away! That is a phrase that I think just about everyone in America has heard once or twice! Why? Because Calgon is a tried and true brand that has been around forever and for good reason! They make fantastic products that not only smell divine, and leave your skin feeling fresh, but they are affordable too! These products are available nation-wide at Walmart, and the quality is wonderful!

I was lucky enough to receive a Beauty Luxury Gift Set which included the body mist, body cream, 2in1, pouf and cosmetic bag in the Hawaiin Ginger scent and it is heavenly! I put the body spray on now as I am reviewing it so I can give you the most accurate description as possible, and I just keep sniffing my wrist, its smells THAT good. I would describe the scent as citrusy but CLEAN at the same time. “The invigorating aroma of orange and melon blends with the uplifting crispness of lemon and Hawaiian ginger in this clean, fresh fragrance. Precious woods and musk complete the sensuous affect.” Sounds pretty amazing, right?? It is! The scent also stays in place for a long time, so no reapplying every hour. The lotion smells amazing, and is a very creamy hydrating lotion. The body wash lathers well and leaves you smelling great and feeling moisturized right out of the tub. If you are looking to feel and smell amazing, these three in unison make a WONDERFUL team!

I have to admit, in the past I have been somewhat of a “brand snob” about my body sprays and washes, but after using Calgon I realized that just because something can be purchased in Walmart does not mean it is not a WONDERFUL product! I now love Calgon and plan to buy more of their fragrances including the Turquoise Seas which has just recently been relaunched and is a customer favorite!

Dermagist gives your silky skin, giveaway

It is no secret from my readers that I am a bit of a product junkie! I love a great beauty product and am always looking for a new one to love! I have been lucky enough to try out many, and I have a great one to tell you about! I was recently contacted by Dermagist to do a review and I chose to review the Original Wrinkle Smoothing Cream which I love. I use this as a regular lotion, and it has such a nice smooth consistency to it, and does not leave a thick feeling on my skin after use. In fact, it is quickly absorbed into the skin and leaves me with fresh looking skin.

At 30, I am just beginning to see fine lines and wrinkles and any little help I can get is greatly appreciated. I definitely want to be one of those people who age gracefully. While I cannot tout results like the one on the website, I CAN tell you my skin looks fresher and brighter after using this product for a week or so! I think the fact that I have fewer wrinkles than the testimonial stories may be why my results are not as dramatic, but any way you look at it, this is an EXCELLENT cream for any age person! It is never too early to start taking good care of your skin! I am overall very pleased with the product and will continue to use it to look my best!

My skin has been incredibly dry lately and I have no clue why! It is summer after all, not mid-winter. I am always looking for body scrubs that I love, because honestly many scrubs have let me down. I do not like thick chunks of scrubs that hurt my skin and I do not like anything that makes me feel oily when I get out of the tub (I just hate that feeling!) I have a new favorite company!! Made from Earth has so many spectacular products that I am thrilled to introduce to you! I have not been disappointed in one item I received, and have even shared many of them with my Mom, who has terribly dry skin- and she is just as impressed.

Lip Balms- I received two lips balms from Made from Earth and each are a rich creamy balm, and not at all sticky. They are very moisturizing, and my lips feel very hydrated after each use. They are also very reasonably priced for the quality of the balm.

Olive Night Cream- This cream happens to be my Moms favorite. It is described as a night cream, but it works so well on her dry skin that she uses it daily under her makeup. I have also used it and love it. It is a rich, thick cream but it does absorb quickly into the skin and does not leave the skin greasy feeling. I also think that the $34 price tag is totally worth the quality of the product!

Vitamin Enhanced Moisturizer- This is by far my favorite product, I just love it! It is a very light feeling, almost airy moisturizer, but it packs a powerful punch. Though when it is applied it does not feel thick at all, it moisturizes the skin so well! It is packed full of vitamins which prevent skin from aging, which at 30- is important to me! The $74.99 price tag is more than I like to spend on a product, but I am hooked, and will likely be purchasing it in the future. It is simply amazing, and also has a nice-almost like scent to it.

Grapefruit Glycolic Wash- The Grapefruit Glycolic wash is great! I have been using this a couple times a week for a week or so, and I love it. It is a great little exfoliating wash which helps to refresh your skin in between using more intense exfoliates.

Rooibos Tea Facial Scrub - Usually when I think of a facial scrub I do not think of it moisturizing, but in this case it does! This scrub releases toxins and also is an anti-aging scrub. If you use it every 2-4 days you will see fresher, brighter skin! It is not a thick scrub at all- almost liquidy when you rub it in, but does such a wonderful job with its fine beads. I just love it!

Organic Aloe and Jojoba Cream Therapy- I particularly love this Cream because I recently got a little sun, and this helps to soothe my almost-burned skin! This is wonderful because when applied, it is almost immediately absorbed into the skin for moisture and does not leave that “greasy” feeling which I hate. This is the PERFECT moisturizer for the summer!

Holistic Honey Body Lotion- is such a nice lotion on the skin, it is very moisturizing, but non-irritating! It left my skin so silky smooth, and is great for ALL skin types! The price is also great for the product!

Peppermint Parsley Soap- Wow this smells amazing and does a wonderful job. It is a very creamy lather and leave your skin silky smooth and smelling fresh!

Holistic Honey Body Lotion- is such a nice lotion on the skin, it is very moisturizing, but non-irritating! It left my skin so silky smooth, and is great for ALL skin types! The price is also great for the product!

Cesar Offers The Best Small Dog Treats!

I have two very old dogs. Kramer is now 13, and his health is slowly declining. Not only is his vision going, but he is also deaf and losing teeth. Because of the loss of teeth it makes it hard on him to enjoy treats like he once has. Layla is approaching 10, and though her health is a lot better than her fur-brothers, she is a Chihuahua and her mouth is just not big enough to enjoy many of the treats you find in stores. These dogs have brought me years of joy, and of course are a part of our family, and because of this, I like to reward them with a snack once in a while. Kramer has been a grouchy old dog for years, but he loves me and I love him- he is truly the most intelligent dog I have ever met, and in his day, quite comical. Layla is the princess.....I came up for her name after Princess Laia, and she has held true to that title. She expects to be treated like a queen, and has demanding it from day one. However, she is a very friendly dog for a chihuahua, and every person who meets her loves her!

Recently Cesar offered to send me Cesar Cookie Crunchies for my dogs to try out! Layla just adores them, and Kramer likes them once in a while. Usually he is too worn out to enjoy the treat though and just goes and hides it in a corner (he sleeps most of the day anymore)- where Layla quickly stalks him and steals it! While I was trying to get a picture of Layla and her treat, she made it almost impossible! She was jumping around and squealing in delight. My furbabies deserve the best and Cesar provides that for them.If you have a small dog, or a dog with chewing difficulties you should definitely check out Cesar's because they offer the best small dog treats. I know my little guys are forever thankful for Cesar providing us dog biscuits they can enjoy....well....they are as thankful as a dog can be. Being a mom of small children I rely heavily on my morning coffee to start my day out. I mean I need that extra boost to keep up with my 2 energetic boys. I have always loved Eight O'Clock Coffee! I have bought this brand for several years. I like the Colombian blend the best. I was lucky enough to receive a piece of Eight O'Clock Coffee History! I was sent a package of coffee and a glass canister to store my coffee in. This canister is perfect because it preserves the flavor of my coffee grounds or beans until I'm ready to use them. This jar is such a nice addition to my kitchen as well. It looks nice on the bar next to my coffee maker.

So it's May. (How did we get here already?) And we all know what that means... graduations, Mother's Day and Father's Day is just around the corner! I am always scrambling to find just the perfect gift for these occasions. Especially when you're trying to buy for the person that has it all! Well let me introduce you to Panacea For Felicity. It is run by an awesome lady named Kimberly. She hand paints glass. I fell in love with her glasses a long time ago. They are just so unique! She graciously sent me a glass and I just had to go ahead and order one for my hubby. Didn't want to leave him out! Since we just moved into our house in December, I am always looking for ways to decorate. I hear a lot of people say that they would love to wear scrubs for their job. It is true that most scrubs are very comfortable and allow flexibility, which is important as a busy nurse. However, I sometimes get bored with the selection of scrubs that I have available locally. I have never been a fan of the more traditional “boxy” styles and love scrubs that look more like normal clothes. I was recently contacted by Scrubshopper.com to do a review of the adorable styles they carry, and I have been very impressed.

I received the Cherokee Flex-i-bles Cargo Pocket Pant in khaki, and I just love these. They are totally comfortable, and fit beautifully. I hate the traditional elastic waist on some scrubs, but this waist is elastic in a much more modern and COMFORTABLE style. I have worn these several times, and cannot get over just how comfortable, but also fashionable these are.

I was also lucky enough to receive the Cherokee Embroidered Top, which is adorable. It has two side pockets which are not really noticeable at all and it ties in the back. In my opinion is matches the pants I received perfectly- because it looks like khaki pants and a boho type shirt. It is made of a very high quality material, and I know it will hold up for a long time. I love that this shirt is in white, because it matches every single pair of scrub pants I have in my closet. Scrubshopper offers many more adorable style scrubs that are offered at very reasonable prices. In my opinion, it totally beats going to my local stores, and leaving empty handed because of their lack of cute styles. They also offer all nursing accessories that you might need, along with super adorable nursing shoes!
